  We arrived early and stood around, confusion with no order in getting in with others leaving from previous seating. Pickles, beets, maple syrup on table..jug of water came later..no glasses, just a coffee cup but no coffee or milk until we asked into our meal. pea soup was good but could have been warmer, bread very good creton a little grainy, omelet ok basically scrambled eggs cooked in a large chaffing dish tray, ham very good, sausage just cut up hot dogs in syrup, not as some other comments said real sausage here, not true. bacon not edible asked waitress she brought more same horrible aftertaste at least she explained that it is deep fried
  in the same grease as the pork rinds which were very good. beans good, fried potato a little disappointing and other potato bland and tasteless. they brought more food as requested and service was very good. Dessert tiny thin crepe/pancakes, pudding chommeur good, sugar pie excellent, and other pound cake with the sucre a la creme ok .. overall we enjoyed it as a normal cabane a sucre meal...the ratings are very over rated..it is good, clean but nothing spectacular or as some raters say the best..please people you really need to get out there if you think this is the
  
  best..I would go again maybe in 3 to 5 years but other than that it was ok. The staff very hard working and very pleasant and attentive. the place is clean even the washrooms are very well kept up. Thanks for the experience..my comments are honest..The sugar on snow very good and the tractor ride was enjoyable..The young man driving was very nice and pleasant the petting zoo well a few animal not really a zoo.

  Good food, we ate like pigs.
  Service was good.
  Activities were nothing crazy, but book an extra 15 mins to do them.
