  Family friendly apple and pumpkin picking. Weekends are very crowded, mid-weekdays are quieter. Restaurant features good tourtieres and crepes. Apple donuts are sinfully delicious.

  It is a fun experience to pick your own apples and eat beignets but the lack of toilets in the restaurant is appalling. Moreover, they are not too clean and they don't all work. They are not designed to accommodate the large number of visitors and clients. Just 2-3 toilets for the hundreds of people being in the restaurant at the same time. That made me feel that the client is important only up until they open their wallet. After that, if you have to visit the washroom, you are left to your own devices. Another disturbing fact is the bad smell around the animal paddocks. They don't seem to be cleaned too often, making it hard if you want to come closer to the pen to see the animals. Animals too deserve a cleaner dwelling. Due to the state of cleanliness of this place, we decided not to go there anymore.

  Things you must try
  1. Apple donuts - The best donuts I ever had
  2. Apple Picking - Eating - And walking around the whole field, don't just go pick apples and leave. walk around, run around, take pics, and enjoy.
  3. There are great things for kids, such as a minizoo, music, dancing, pony rides.
  4. There are amazing things for adults such as wine tasting, cider tasting, and dancing.
  5. Crepes, Go try the restaurant, and order crepes...they tast home made, the veggies and the meat is really fresh.
  I'm going back next weekend, until the apple season is done :)

  Went mid-April 2017 for the 'sugar shack' experience and went to the restaurant at the orchard entrance. Lots of parking. Great breakfast for sugar shack standards and at private tables. A little concerned with sanitary conditions (staff touching rims/insides of mugs when placing and refilling cups and mugs). Decor and staff uniforms were nice and gave a good rustic feel. Serving was slow and had to wait a while for the our first cups of coffee (suggestion to staff: when there are little kids at a table, get the food coming ASAP!!!). Included free tractor ride to the Erablière Charbonneau area for the maple taffee. Lots of animals and playgrounds for the kids. All-in-all we loved it and would go next year. We also enjoyed the apple picking here last season. Don't forget to MAKE RESERVATIONS!!!

  Really good place! Enjoy going there every year for apple picking! Friendly people and good ambience! The only thing i don't like is the donkeys that they have for kids...those poor animals walk in a circle all day! It would be better to have them walk on a path rather than in circles and also make them rest more often. Still worth the 5 star review because they are really organized, clean and friendly.
